These awards celebrate women who lead with purpose, walk in courage, and uplift others along the way.

She goes beyond the classroom—advocating for equity, student success, family engagement, and lifelong learning. She is committed to empowering students and communities through knowledge, access, and opportunity.


EntrepreneuHer

Honors a woman who has stepped out on faith, vision, and grit to build her own business. She demonstrates innovation, resilience, and leadership while contributing to economic growth and community development. Whether a startup founder, small business owner, or social entrepreneur, she creates opportunities not only for herself—but for others.


HealHer

Honors a woman who brings healing in all its forms. She may work in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, social work, counseling, case management, recovery services, or human services. Her work restores dignity, supports wholeness, and provides compassionate care to individuals, families, and communities.


LeadHer

Honors a woman who leads boldly and authentically—whether formally or informally through mentorship, coaching, or leadership development She motivates others, models integrity, and creates space for growth. Her leadership may be in business, nonprofit work, community organizing, advocacy, faith spaces, or professional environments. People are better because she leads.


MinistHer

Honors a woman who serves faithfully in ministry—pastor, pastor’s wife, minister, missionary, evangelist, chaplain, worshipper, or lay leader. She pours into people spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Her calling is evident through service, discipleship, compassion, and a commitment to uplifting lives through faith and purpose.


ThriveHer

Honors a woman whose story is one of resilience and transformation. She has faced adversity—such as trauma, addiction, illness, poverty, loss, oN injustice—and has not only survived but is thriving. Her life is a testimony of strength, healing, and hope that inspires others to keep going.


TrailblazeHer

Honors a woman who breaks barriers and challenges the status quo. She is a change-maker—often the “first,” the “only,” or the one brave enough to do it differently. Her courage has opened doors for others, shifted systems, or created new pathways where none existed before.


SupportHer

Honors the heart of service. She may not seek the spotlight, but her impact is undeniable. Through volunteering, outreach, mentorship, caregiving, or behind-the-scenes support, she consistently shows up for individuals and communities. She is the backbone, the encourager, the helper.


DirectHer

Honors a woman who leads a corporation, nonprofit, organization, or initiative—especially one centered on community impact, advocacy, or empowerment. She manages vision, people, and purpose while driving measurable change. Her leadership strengthens systems and creates sustainable solutions.


AdvocateHer

Honors a woman who uses her voice to stand up for others. She may advocate for racial justice, women’s rights, children, disability access, housing, immigration, or marginalized communities. She speaks truth, challenges injustice, and works toward a more equitable society.


RiseHer (ages 16-24)

Honors a woman who is early in her leadership or professional journey but already making a strong impact. She shows promise, passion, and purpose—and is clearly one to watch.
